It is easy to get caught up in the day-to-day, and forget to take time to slow things down, reflect and evaluate the person we see in the mirror. Self-awareness, sense of identity and confidence are pivotal aspects of mental health, but can often be pushed aside or overlooked as life happens.
The focus of this program, is to look good, which will help you feel good.
The process of shopping, following trends and re-establishing a staple wardrobe can be an overwhelming and time consuming process. It is common for clothing to be kept and used far past its lifespan. Getting dressed in the morning, for the gym, or for any occasion should be something you look forward to. Every person is unique, and having clothing that you like, that looks good on you, and expresses your individuality, can have a major positive impact on your confidence, motivation and overall sense of self. The people I work with are looking for a boost, a lift out of a stagnant routine, and help adjusting the way they present themselves to the world for the better.
